Silke Eidecker joined ARCHE Advisors in 2025. Her career in social compliance began in an administrative role at ALGI Peru, developing local and international markets. She later moved to ALGI International as an account manager responsible for worldwide operations, before eventually becoming COO. Silke began auditing in 2018 “to help out” and has now conducted over 200 audits and verifications for SMETA, RBA, SLCP, and others. She is knowledgeable and experienced in administrating and auditing a wide variety of standards, including SA8000, BSCI, WRAP, Sedex, SLCP, several codes of conduct, and more. Silke credits her 20+ years working in logistics and compliance, along with living in different countries across continents, with her foundational understanding of supply chains, their management, and common pain points. She says, “My goal is always to help all involved parties to understand different perspectives, fostering better communication and cooperation in today’s rapidly changing environment.”

Silke is a Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) through APSCA. She is fluent in German, Spanish, and English. She also has basic written and spoken proficiency in French and Portuguese.
